Prior will be called up sometime this summer and given an opportunity to pitch a handful of games to get major league experience. He has been battling all Spring for the last rotation spot, but Don Baylor has decided to go with Donavan Osborne. Osborne spent seven years with the Cardinals (career ERA of 3.92) .
